SEO PLATFORM FOR AGENCIES
The SEO platform for agencies that runs every client from one screen
elev8tor gives your agency client workspaces, team roles, a ranked list of what to work on next across every client, nightly watchers, client portals and white label reports. It does not stop at reporting: every client page can be scored against today’s Google top 10, with the exact fixes to make. It is the operating system our own agency runs on.
Developed by Vertical Web, a Houston SEO agency since 1998, and Beth Guide, with more than 20 years of SEO experience.
WHY AN OPERATING SYSTEM
Your agency does not need more tools. It needs one place to run clients.
Most agencies piece together a rank tracker, a crawler, a keyword database, a reporting dashboard and a spreadsheet of who is doing what. None of them tell an account manager which client needs attention this morning, or what the fix is.
elev8tor started as the internal console Vertical Web uses on its own client work. Every client page we publish goes through our own content scanner first. The workspace, the role model and the work queue on this page exist because we needed them to keep our own team moving. This is the agency layer of our all-in-one SEO platform.
BUILT AROUND CLIENTS
Everything an agency team touches, organized by client
Each client is a workspace. Inside it sit the client’s sites, tracked keywords, audits, leads, reports and portal. Your team switches clients the way you switch tabs. The full module list is on the SEO tools page.
Client workspaces
One workspace per client with its sites, keywords, audits, leads and reports kept separate.
Team roles, unlimited users
Account owner, team member and client viewer. Users are free on every plan, so give each person exactly the access the job needs.
What to work on next
A work queue ranked by value across every client, so the most valuable fix is always at the top.
How to fix
Every alert and audit issue comes with plain steps your junior staff can follow without a senior on the call.
Nightly watchers
Traffic drops, broken GA4, broken pages with Google traffic, lost top 10 keywords and new AI Overviews.
Scheduled reports
Weekly and monthly client reports that build and send themselves under your brand.
THE WORK QUEUE
What to work on next, ranked across every client
Monday morning in most agencies starts with ten dashboards. In elev8tor it starts with one list. The work queue pulls issues from rank tracking, audits, watchers and content checks for every client and sorts them by value, so a lost top 10 keyword on a page that brings leads sits above a missing meta description nobody sees.
Each item carries How to fix: what is wrong, why it matters and the steps to repair it. A team member opens the item, does the work and closes it.
NIGHTLY WATCHERS
Problems surface overnight, not at the end of the month
The worst client call is the one where the client found the problem first. Watchers run nightly on every site and raise an alert, with the fix attached.
01
Traffic drops
A fall in clicks, flagged with the pages and keywords behind it.
02
GA4 stopped counting
If analytics stops recording, you hear about it the next morning.
03
Broken pages with traffic
Error pages Google still sends visitors to are raised first.
04
Keywords out of the top 10
Keywords that slip off page one, with the page that used to rank.
05
New AI Overviews
A new AI Overview on a tracked keyword, and who it cites.
06
How to fix on each
Every alert lands in the work queue with repair steps written.
Read how AI Overviews change the job on our AI search optimization page, and how site problems are diagnosed on the SEO audit page.
CLIENT PORTALS AND WHITE LABEL
Clients see your brand, and only what you choose
Every client can have a portal login. Client viewers see only the modules you tick for that client, so a client who only cares about leads sees leads and rankings, not your audit backlog. They never see billing.
On white label plans your logo, favicon, colors, company name and report footer replace ours, reports go out under your sender name and reply-to address, and the portal can run on your own subdomain through a CNAME. The details are on our white label SEO reporting page. If clients also ask where their calls and forms come from, the free connector covers lead tracking and GA4 on every plan.
AGENCY ECONOMICS
BYO Agency or Data Included: pay for data your way
Search data is the biggest cost inside any SEO platform, and agencies can pay for it two ways. Seats and sites are never part of the math: every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited sites verified in Search Console, and unverified client sites still work up to the plan’s limit. Prices below are per month on monthly billing.
BYO Agency
Bring Your Own Data: connect your own DataForSEO, Google and Anthropic Claude accounts. You pay those providers directly at their rates and pay us a software fee of $129 a month, or $103 a month billed annually.
- Unlimited verified sites (50 unverified), unlimited users
- Full white label, unlimited client dashboards and API
- Your spend on data is visible in your own provider accounts
- Best when you already run high volume through your own keys
Data Included
We supply and pay for the data. Agency is $349 a month ($279 annually) and Agency Plus is $699 a month ($559 annually). Your plan sets the tracked keywords, daily priority keywords, research credits a month and audit pages.
- Agency: unlimited verified sites (30 unverified), 3,000 keywords, 300 daily, 5,000 research credits, unlimited client dashboards, API
- Agency Plus: unlimited verified sites (75 unverified), 7,000 keywords, 700 daily, 12,000 research credits, unlimited client dashboards, API
- Usage bars and alerts before you reach a limit
- Nothing to set up, so you start working the same day
The trade-off is simple. BYO gives you control over data spend and puts the setup and the bills on you. Data Included costs more per month and removes both. Smaller agencies often start on Growth at $159, with white label reports and unlimited client dashboards. The Content Scanner is paid in credits, added to any of them or bought on its own, and it always runs on our servers, never on your keys. Compare every limit on the pricing page, or see how the numbers line up against a large suite in our Semrush alternative comparison.
CONTENT AT AGENCY SCALE
Every page your team writes, checked the way we check ours
The Content Scanner reads the pages Google ranks for a keyword today and scores your page against them: entities that appear on at least two ranking sites, questions answered, partly answered or missing, how Google categorizes each page, originality and a Content score with a target of 70. It gives the exact sentence and anchor text for each internal link the page should get.
For an agency, that turns content review from opinion into a checklist a junior writer can work. Read the mechanics on the content scanner page.
AUTOPILOT PER CLIENT SITE
The content loop, scheduled, with approval in your queue
Agency at $349 with Scanner 500 at $399 is $748 a month, about $75 a client for ten clients, with full white label, unlimited portals and the API. Add the Autopilot 4 add-on at $39 per client site and 40 posts a month run themselves: brief from today’s top 10, draft in the client’s voice, score of 70 or better, links wired into their existing pages, published through the client’s WordPress REST connection in the mode you set per site, or handed to your own systems through the API. That is 420 credits, inside the 500 pack, about $114 a client all in for software and content against the $1,000 to $2,500 you charge for the service.
Approval stays yours: Publish after approval holds every item in your queue until you clear it. The full per client math is on the SEO software pricing guide; how we compare with Search Atlas, Surfer, Frase and the autoblogs is on agentic SEO tools compared; mixed rosters with sites off WordPress are covered under platforms we support.
01
Research
Keyword Research and Content ideas show the keywords competitors beat you on and the pages they have that you do not.
02
Brief
Read the top 10 builds the brief from today’s ranking pages: headings, entities with target mentions, questions, schema and the pages on your site that should link in.
03
Write or repair
The Content Writer drafts in your voice from the site profile, or repairs the live page with the fewest changes. Unknowns stay in [brackets]; nothing is invented.
04
Score and check
The scanner grades the draft against the same top 10. Under 70 it makes one improvement pass. Originality, generic passages and unsourced numbers are listed.
05
Link and publish
Link suggestions name the sentence and anchor on the pages that should link in. The draft goes to WordPress with the meta set; Autopilot schedules and publishes through the same WordPress REST connection, or hands the page to your systems through the API.
06
Measure
The keyword joins rank tracking, the optional lead connector records the leads the page produces, and the live URL is re-scanned so you see the score move.
CONTENT QUEUE AND TEAM ROLES
Every page job for every client, in one queue, with the right people allowed to touch it
The Content Queue holds every page job on the account: briefs, new pages, repairs, link passes and Autopilot runs, each with its status, score, who asked for it and whether it has been sent to the client’s site. The agency view shows every client site with filters for site, status, assignee and date, counts at the top for what is waiting on approval, what is writing, what failed and which sites are short on credits, and bulk approve, reassign and reschedule. The client view is the same queue filtered to one site, so a client can see what is coming without seeing your other clients. Approve, request changes with a note, send to WordPress, assign, set a due date or dismiss, all from the row.
Users are unlimited on every paid plan, so access is about roles, not seats. Each staff member is assigned to sites and given switches for spending credits, approving and publishing, and changing site settings; clients get their sites only, under your brand, with reports and the queue by default. The per client math is on the SEO software pricing guide; what clients see is covered under white label SEO reporting.
Owner
One per account. Billing, users, sites, settings, everything.
Admin
Agency leads. Everything except billing and closing the account.
Staff
Only the client sites they are assigned to. You set whether each person can spend credits, approve and publish, or change site settings.
Client
Their sites only, under your brand. Reports and the queue by default; approving drafts and leaving notes only if you turn it on.
ONBOARDING STAFF
New hires productive in days, not months
Agencies lose weeks each time someone new has to learn five tools. elev8tor puts the training inside the product.
Tooltips on every metric
Hover any number or setting to see what it means.
Help center and videos
Short videos walk through each module.
Guided tour
A first-login tour shows where everything lives.
The same guidance that helps your staff also makes the platform usable by owners who run their own marketing, which is why we also offer SEO software for small business.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
It is organized around clients, not tools. Each client gets a workspace with its own sites, keywords, reports and portal, and the work is ranked across every client.
There are three roles. The account owner controls billing, plans and settings. Team members work inside the client workspaces you give them. Client viewers log in to a portal that shows only the modules you tick, and they never see billing.
Choose BYO Agency if you already hold DataForSEO, Google and Claude accounts and want to pay those providers directly. Choose Growth, Agency or Agency Plus if you want the search data included and usage handled for you. BYO Agency, Agency and Agency Plus include full white label, and users are unlimited and free on all of them.
No. Users are unlimited and free on every plan and share the account’s data, so every team member and client viewer can have a login.
No. The Content Scanner is paid on demand in credits, added to any plan including BYO Agency, or bought on its own as Content Scanner only. Scanner 500 gives a busy team 500 credits a month. It runs on our servers and never on your own API keys, because it is our proprietary scoring engine.
Traffic drops, GA4 that stopped counting, broken pages that still get Google traffic, keywords out of the top 10 and new AI Overviews. Each alert comes with How to fix steps.
Tooltips on every metric, short help videos and a first-login tour. New hires can work a client from the What to work on next list on day one.
